          State of Florida
          County of Duval
          This Indenture made this the Seventeenth day of June
          in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred
          and fifty-two, between John D. McKinley of the said
          County of Duval of the first part and William W.
          Lewis of the County of Alachua in said State of the
          second part, withnesseth that the said party of the first 
          part, for and in considerattion of the sum of one thousand
          dollars to him in hand well and truly paid the receipt
          whereof is hereby acknowledge hath granted, bargined
          and sold and conveyed and by these presents doth
          grant, bargin and sell and convey unto the said party
          of the second part his heirs and assigns all that 
          certain tract or parcel of land situated in the
          County of Alachua and being a portion of the "Arredonda
          Grant" and known and described on the map of said
          grant as Section Number eleven of Township Ten and
          Range Number Twenty(20)east, and also all trees,
          woods ways, water courses, advantages, heredita-
          ments and appurtenances, whatsoever to the same
          belonging as in any wise appertaining and the reversion
          and reversions, remainders and remainders, rents issues
          and profits of the said premises and of every part and
          parcel thereof, and all the estates, titles, interests, claim
          and demand whatever of the said party of the first part
          of, in and to the said premises and every part thereof
                To Have and to hold the said tract of land and
          all and singular others the premises above mentioned and
          every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
          unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
          assigns to only proper use and behoof of the said
          party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
             And the said party of the first part for himself and
          his heirs the said premises and every part thereof against
          himself and his heirs and against all and and every other
          person and persons whatsoever to the party of the 
          second part his heirs and assigns shall and will
          warrant and forever defend by these presents.
              In witness whereof the said party of the first part
          hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day
          and year first herein before written.
