and all persons here after claiming under them
will at any time hereafter at the request and expense
of the said party of the second part, his heirs or assigns
make such further assurances fOR the MORE effectual
conveying of the said premises with the appurtenances
as may be resonably required by him or them: and that
the said parties of the first part, and thir heirs will
warrant and defend the said premises unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
