          Columbia County )  This Indenture made this the twenty fifth
          day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
          hundred and fifty-two, between Charles Fitchett of the County
          and State aforesaid of the first part & John W. Lowe, in trust
          for Martha W. Fitchett of the County of Columbia in said State
          of the second part  Witnesseth that the said Charles for and
          in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars, to him
          in hand well and truly paid at and before the sealing
          and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
          acknowledged hath granted, bargained and by these
          presents doth grant, bargain and sell unto him the said 
          John W. Low in trust as aforesaid all that Lot tract
          or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County
          of Alachua in State, and known as the South West
          quarter of the South West quarter of Section Ten, Town-
          ship eight, Range eighteen South and East containing
          forty acres be the same more or less
                         To have and hold the said lot, tract
          or parcel, and the said Charles F. Fitchett for himself
          his heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns doth Cove-
          nant with the said John W. Low in trust as aforesaid
          that he has good right and lawfull authority to sell and 
          convey the said land and premises unto him the John W. Low,
          in trust as aforesaid, and that he will warrant and forever
          defend the right and title thereof, together with all and
          singular the rights members or appurtenances thereof
          or thereunto belonging against himself, his heirs, executors
          administrators and assigns and against all and every
          other persons or persons whomsoever unto him the said John
          W. Low for the sole use and benefit of her the said Martha
          W. Fitchett her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
          for ever in fee simple.
                    In witness whereof the said Charles F. Fitchett
          hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and date
          first above written.

          Alachua County  )  Know all men by these presents that
          I John W. Low of the County of Columbia in said State
          the Trustee in the above deed of conveyance named, do
          hereby accept the trust, and hereby covenant with the
          said Martha W. Fitchett & her heirs and assigns faith-
          fully to perform and fulfill the trust aforesaid, and
          every part thereof according to the true intent and meaning
          thereof. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
          and seal this 25th day of November AD 1852.
