of November AD 1852 Charles F. Fitchett (to me well
known to be the identical person who executed the
foregoing deed) in his own person appeared before me
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for said County and
acknowledged that he signed the foregoing deed for
the purposes therein expressed. And be it remem-
bered that on the same day & year aforesaid John
W. Low in his own person and who is also well known
to me to be the identical person who signed the fore-
going acceptances as Trustees in and to the foregoing
deed mentioned and acknowledeged that he signed
the same for the purposes mentioned in said acceptance

Know all men by these presents that we Archelaus Hague
and Martha Hague his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, for and in consideration of the
sum of Six hundred dollars, to us in hand, paid
by John C. Hague of said County and State, at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
wherefore is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained,
sold, conveyed, aliened, remised, released and confirmed
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release and confirm unto the said John C.
Hague these certain tracts or parcels of land, lying
being and situated in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and described on the United States
Surveys as follows, to wit, The North half of the South
west quarter, and the south west quarter of the North
west quarter of Section Number Six(6) in Township num-
ber Seven(7) Range Nineteen South and East
with all the appurtenances, and all the claim, interest,
right, title and demands of us or either of us in the
premises: to have and to hold the lands with the ap-
purtenances unto the said John C. Hague and his
heirs in fee simple forever. And we the said
