Archelaus Hague and Martha Hague do hereby cove-
nant and agree to and with the said John C. Hague and
his heirs and assigns, that we are now the owners of the
said premises and are seized of a good indefeasible
estate of inheritance therein: and that we have full
right and power to sell and convey the same in fee
simple absolute; that the said premises are free and
clear from all incumberances; that said John C.
Hague and his heirs and and assigns may forever here
after have, hold, possess and enjoy the same,without any
molestation or interruption by any person lawfully claiming
any right therein, and that we the said Archelaus Hague
and Martha Hague, his wife, and all persons hereafter
claiming under us, will at any time hereafter, at the
request and expenses of the said John C. Hague his
heirs or assigns make all such further assurances for
the more effectual conveying of the said premises with
the appurtenances as mey be reasonably required by
him or them: and that we the said Archelaus Hague
and Martha Hague, his wife, will warrant and de-
fend the said premises with the appurtenances unto
the said John C. Hague his heirs and assign forever.
In Testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
seals this thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and fifty Two.

Alachua County ) Personally appeared before the Samuel W.
Burnett a Justice of the Peace within and for the County and State
aforesaid Mrs Martha Hague to me well known to be one of the
persons who executed the foregoing deed for the conveyance of Real-
estate and she being by me examined separate and apart
from her husband acknowledged and declared that she had
executed said deed freely and voluntarily on her part
and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband.
