               This Indenture made the fourth of September in the
          year one thousand eight hundred and fifty one, be-
          tween Moses Elias Levy of St. Augustine, Florida owner
          and Serfina Chauviteau of Paris, France and Joseph
          De Levante of London, England mortgagees of the one
          part, and Mathew Chesser of Alachua Co. Florida of 
          the other. Witnesseth that said Moses E. Levy owner and Sera-
          fina Chauviteau and Joseph De Levante mortgagees
          for and in consideration of sum of the sum of one
          hundred dollars in hand paid to said Levy at and 
          before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
          receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted,
          bargained, sold and aliened, conveyed and confirmed
          and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien con-
          vey and confirm unto the said Mathew Chessr his
          heirs and assigns that certain Section of land lying
          in the Arredondo Grant in Alachua County, known
          as Section fourteen in Township No. nine, Range
          nineteen containing more or less Six hundred thirty nine
          acres and twenty four hundredths.
            To have and to hold the said afore described lands with
          all and singular the rights members and appurtenances
          thereof whatsoever to the said premises being, belonging
          or in any wise appertaining, with the remainder and remain
          ders reversion and reversions, rents, issues and profits
          thereof to the truly proper use, benefit and behoof of him the
          said Mathew Chesser, his heirs executers and administrators
          in fee simple, and the said Moses E. Levy for himself, his
          heirs , executors and administrators do covenant with
          the said Mathew Chesser his heirs, executors and admin-
          istrators that he is lawfully seized in fee of the afore granted
          premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, that he has
          good right to sell and convey the same to the said Mathew
          Chesser as aforesaid and that he will and his heirs, executors
          and administrators shall warrant and defend the lands  
          and every part thereof to the said Mathew Chesser, his heirs and
          assigns forever against the lawful demands of all persons by
          virtue of these presents. In Witness whereof the said parties have
          severally herewith set their hands and affixed their seals the
