                             Know all men by these presents that I
          Samuel W. Burnett of the county and State aforesaid for
          and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty
          five dollars to me in hand paid by Elijah Barrow of
          the same place, the receipt whereof at and before the sealing
          and delivery of these presents I do hereby acknowledge have 
          granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, aleined, remised,
          released and confirmed and do by these presents grant,
          bargain, sell, convey, alein, remise, release and confirm
          unto the said Elijah Barrow all that certain tract or
          parcel of land lying and being in the Town of Newnans-
          ville, County of Alachua and State of Florida, Known
          and described as follows, to wit, Lots numbered Five
          and six(5&6) of Block number three(3) of Range
          No. Three(3) with all the appurtenances and previledges
          thereunto belonging and all the right, title, interest,claim
          and demand of me the Samuel W. Burnett in and
          to the premises: to have and to hold the same with
          the appurtenances unto the said Samuel W. Burnett
          Elijah Barrow, his heirs and assigns forever.
             And I the said Samuel W. Burnett for myself and my
          heirs, do hereby covenant and agree with the said Elijah
          Barrow, his heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of
          the said premises and am seized of a good and indefeasible right
          of inheritance therein and that I have full right and power
          to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute: that the
          said premises are free and clear from all encumberances
          that the said Elijah Barrow, his heirs and assigns may for
          ever hereafter hold, have, use, occupy, possess and enjoy the
          same without any suit, molestation or interuption by any
          person whatever, lawfully claiming any right therein: and that
          I the said Samuel W. Burnett and any and all persons hereaf-
          ter claiming under me wiil at any time hereafter at the
          request of the said Elijah Barrow his heirs or assigns make
          all such further assurances for the more effectual Conveying
          of the said premises with the appurtenances, as may be
          reasonably required by him or them, and the said Samuel
          W. Burnett and my heirs will warrent and defend the said
          premises with the appurtenances unto the said Elijah
          Barrow his heirs and aasigns forever.
                In Witness whereof I the said Samuel W. Burnett
          have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 25 day of 
          November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
          hundred and fifty two.
