Conveyance of real estate for and in consideration of the
premises in said deed mentioned and further consid-
eration of five dollars to me in hand paid by Elijah
Barrow the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have
remised released and relinguished unto the said
Elijah Barrow all my right claim in equity of dower
in and to the premises the said deed mentioned, as
fully and absolutely as I might or could do the same
witness my hand and seal this 25 day of November AD 1852

said County Mrs. Ruth A. Burnett to me well known
to be the person who executed the above relinqueshment
of dower, and being by me examined seperate and
apart from her husband she declared and acknow-
ledged that she had executed the same freely and
voluntarily on her part, and without any constraint,
compulsion, fear or apprehension of or from her said
