To all whom these presents shall
come, I A.M. Caston Judge of Probate of Alachua
Count Send greeting, whereas by an order of the County
Commissioners for Alachua County duly passed and
entered on record it is ordered that the Judge of
Probate of said County shall make execute and
deliver to the purchasers of Lots in the Town of New-
nansville deeds of conveyance for Lots by them res-
pectfully purchased, and whereas Samuel J. Kennaird
is the purchaser of Lots hereinafter described
Now know ye that I A.M. Caston Judge of
Probate of said County of Alachua by virture of
the authority so as aforesaid in me vested in
consideration of the sum of thirty dollars paid
by the said Samuel J. Kennaird the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargined and sold unto the said Samuel
J. Kennaird and to his heirs and assigns forever
all these certain Lots of lands designated as Lots
Number one and two (1&2) of block Number
three (3) od Range Number four (4) upon the plan
of the Town of Newnansville, as filed and exsisting
in the Probate office of the County of Alachua
together with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same in any wise belonging
To have and to hold the said lots and premises
unto the said Samuel J. Kennaird his heirs and
assigns as fully and absolutely as I the said
A.M. Caston Judge of Probate as aforesaid
might could or ought to sell and convey the same
In testemony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my this 8th day of December
