                             To all whom these presents shall come
          I A.M. Caston Judge of Probate for Alachua County
          send greeting, whereas an order of the County Commission-
          ers for Alachua County duly passed entered on re-
          cord, it is directed that the Judge of Probate of said County
          shall make execute and deliver to the purchasers of Lots
          in the Town of Newnansville deeds of conveyance for Lots
          by them respectively purchased. And whereas Samuel
          W. Burnett is the purchaser of lots hereinafter described
          Now Know ye that I A.M. Caston Judge of Probate
          of said County of Alachua by virtue of the authority
          as aforesaid in me vested; in consideration of the sum of
          Fifty six dollars and fifty cents paid by the said Samuel
          W. Burnett, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
          have grantd, bargained and sold, and by these presents
          do grant bargain and sell unto the said Samuel W.
          Burnett, his heirs and assigns forever all those certain
          lots of land designated as Lots Number one, two, three,
          seven and eight(1,2,3,7,8) of Range Number one (1)
          in Block Number Six(6) and lots number three
          four, five and six(3,4,5,6) of Range Number one
          (1) and Block Number four(4) upon the plan of the
          Town of Newnansville, as filed and exsisting in the
          Probate office of the County of Alachua, together with
          all and singular the hereditaments and  appurtenances
          to the same in any wise belonging; to have and to hold
          the said lots and premises unto the said Samuel W.
          Burnett his heirs and assigns as fully and absolutely
          as I the said A.M.Caston Judge of Probate as aforesaid
          might, could, or ought to sell and convey the same.
            In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
          affixed my seal this 7th day of December AD 1852
