State of Florida Micanopy County of Alachua
           This Indenture made the Sixteenth day of November in the year of
          Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two and in the
          seventy sixth year of the Independance of the United States of America
          between Moses E. Levy of St Augustine Fla proprietor and Serefina
          Chauviteau of Paris and Joseph DeLevante, London mortgages of the one
          part and James T. Thomas of Alachua County of the other part,
            Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in consider-
          ation of the sum of Three hundred and twenty dollars in hand paid at
          and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
          is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargined sold aliened conveyed
          and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargin sell alien convey,
          and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
          that Section parcel of land Number thirty two in Township Nine
          Range Twenty in the Aredonda Grant, to have and to hold the said 
          Property, together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances
          thereof whatsoever to the said party of the second part being belonging or in
          any wise appertaining with the remainder and remainders reversion and
          reversions rents issues and profits thereof, to the only proper use and behoof
          of the said party of the second part his heirs executors and administrators and
          assigns in fee simple and the Moses E. Levy proprietor for his heirs executors
          and administrators do covenant with the said James T. Thomas as aforesaid
          his heirs executors administrtors that he's lawfully seized in fee of the afore-
          granted premises that they are free from all encumbrances, that he has good
          right to sell and convey the same to the said James T. Thomas as aforesaid
          and that he will and his heirs executors administrators shall warrant
          and defend the same and every part thereof to the said James T. Thomas
          his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful demands of all persons
          by virtue of these presents.

          their hands and affixed their seals this day and year first written,
