                           This Indententure made this day
          of Jany in the year of our Lord One thousand eight
          hundred and fifty three, between J.G. Dell & W.W. Scott
          both of the County and State aforesaid of the first part
          and William Gibbons of the County and State above men-
          tioned of the second part,witnesseth: that the said party of
          the first part for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five
          dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
          part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained
          and sold, and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the said
          party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever all
          that certain Lot of land situate lying and being in the Town of
          Newnansville County of Alachua and State aforesaid and designated on

          the plat of said Town as Lot No (16) Sixteen North^half Range con-
          taining one half acre more or less, together with all and singular
          the heriditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
          wise appertaining and the rents and profits thereof and also all
          the estate right, title and interst claim and demand whatso
          ever of him the said party of the first part, Either in Law or in
          Equity of in and to the above bargained premises and every
          part and parcel thereof   To Have and to hold to the said
          party of the second part his heirs and assigns to sole & only
          proper use benefit and behoof to the said party of the second
          part his heirs and assigns forever
