plats of the United States survey, as the East half of the South East
Quarter of section thirteen (13) Township eight (8) Range eighteen (18)
south and East, and the west half of the South west quarter of
section eighteen (18) Township eight (8) Range nineteen (19) south and
east, and the East half of the South west Quarter and the west half
of the South East Quarter of section eighteen (18) Township eight (8)
Range nineteen (19) south and East, containing three hundred acres
more or less, together with all and singular the privileges herediments
and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the afore granted premises to the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns in fee simple for ever,
And we the said Simeon J. Sanchez and Gabriel S. Sanchez
for our selves our and each of our heirs, Executors and administ-
rators do covenant and to and with the said party of the second
part their heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of a
good and indefeasible estate of inheritance in the afore granted
premises, the we have good right and lawful authority to sell and 
convey the same in manner as aforesaid, that they are free from
all incumbrances of whatever nature or kind sover, and that I
will and my heirs Executors and administrators, shall warrant
and by these presents forever defend the same with the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons whatsoever,

Know all men by these presents that I Mary Sanchez
wife of Simeon J. Sanchez one of the grantors to the foregoing
Deed of conveyance for the consideration above stated do hereby
relinquish and renounce all my Dower and right of
dower in and to the lands mentioned in the foregoing Deed
of conveyance, and I do declare that the same is made freely
and voluntarily on my part without any compulsion appre
hension or fear of or from my said husband.

in and for the said County personally came Mary Sanchez wife of Simeon J.
Sanchez who being by me examined separate and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge and declare that she had executed the foregoing relinquish
-ment of Dower freely and voluntarily on her part without any
compulsion whatever from her said husband Simeon J. Sanchez
