Before me Robt Youngblood Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Alachua County Eastern Circuit of Florida personally came
Simeon J. Sanchez and Mary Sanchez his wife and Gabriel
S. Sanchez and acknowledged that they had executed the foregoing
Deed for the purposes therein mentioned

This Indenture made and entered into this the twenty fifth
day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty four, between Wade H. Sparkman and
Susan Sparkman his wife of the first part and Lemuel
Wilson of the second all of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen hundred and
fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the said Lemuel
Wilson party of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath granted bargained, sold, aliened released
remised, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents, doth
grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, remise, convey and confirm
unto the said Lemuel Wilson party of the second part all
that certain tract or parcel of land known and described
on the plats of surveys in the United States Land office at
Newnansville Florida as the Lot No two being the south
west corner of section No twenty seven and the North East
Quarter of the North East quarter of section No thirty three,
and the West half of the North East quarter, and lot
No two, or west half of South East quarter of section
thirty three all in Township No Eight (8) South of Range
No Twenty two East, and containing in all about two
hundred and eleven acres more or less, together with all
and singular the herediments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, or in any wise appurtaining and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues and
profits thereof, and every part and parcel thereof, and also all
the Estate, right, title, interest, trust, property claim and
demand whatsoever, both at law and in equity of the said
parties of the first part, in to or out of the said lands
tenements hereditaments and premises, To have and to hold
the said lands tenements and hereditaments, and all and 
singular other the premises herein before mentioned, with their
appurtinances unto the said Lemuel Wilson, his heirs and 
assigns and to his and there only proper use and behoof
And the said Wade H. Sparkman and Susan his wife doth
hereby for themselves their heirs executors and administrators
covenant promise and agree to and with the said Lemuel
Wilson his heirs executors, administrators and assigns in
manner and form following, that is to say, That the said
Lemuel Wilson his heirs and assigns shall and may
