peaceably and quietly have hold and enjoy the said lands
tenements hereditaments and premises, and every part and parcel
thereof, without the let, suit, trouble, eviction or disturbance of the said
Wade H. Sparkman or Susan his wife their heirs or assigns or of
or by any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim from
by or under, or in trust for them or any of them,
And that the said lands tenements and premises and every part
and parcel thereof, now on and from henceforth shall continue
remain and be unto the said Lemuel Wilson his heirs and assigns
free and clear, and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and
discharged of, from and against all former and other gifts, grants,
bargains, sales, mortgages, estates, titles, troubles, charges, and incum-
-brances, whatsoever, had made done committed occasioned
suffered by the said parties of the first part, or by any person
lawfully claiming claiming or to claim by from or under them
or by their or any of their act, means, assets, or procurements
And the said parties of the first part and their heirs all
and singular the aforesaid lands tenements hereditaments, appur-
tinances and premises, and every part, and parcel thereof, unto
the said Lemuel Wilson his heirs and assigns against them
the said parties of the first part, their heirs and assigns and
against all and any every person and persons whomsoever,
lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents
In witness whereof we the parties of the first part have
hereunto set our hands and seals this the 25th day of
December A.D. 1854.
