and for the County and State aforesaid do hereby certify
that Susan Sparkman wife of Wade H. Sparkman being
                                         said
examined by me separate and apart from her^husband did
acknowledge that the foregoing instrument was signed by
          purpose of               my
her for the^relinquishingnt of her dower and right of dower
in and to the premises therein conveyed to Lemuel Wilson
and that said renunciation and relinquishment was made
freely and voluntarily, and without any constraint appre-
-hension or fear of, or from her said husband, and in-
evidence thereof did in my presence sign and seal the
foregoing acknowledgement.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
George M. Galpin of the County and State aforesaid for and
in consideration of the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars
to me in hand paid by Lemuel Wilson of said County and
State at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, barg-
ained, sold, aliened and conveyed and do by these presents grant
bargain, sell, alien and convey unto the said Lemuel Wilson
the following described lots of land lying and situated in
the Town of Newnansville Alachua County State of Florida
and known and discribed on the map of said Town on file
in the office of the Judge of Probate of Alachua County as
follows: (Viz) Lots One, two, three, & four of Block No Five of
Range No Two with all the appurtinances and all the claim
right title interest and demand of me the said George
M. Galpin in and to the premises. To have and to hold the
same with the appurtinances unto the said Lemuel Wilson
his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple" And I the said George
M. Galpin for myself and my heirs executors and administrators
do hereby covenant, grant, and agree, to and with Lemuel Wilson
that I am now the owner of the said premises, and that I am
seized of a good and indefeasible Estate of inheritance therein
and that I have full right and power to sell and convey the
same in fee Simple that the said premises are free of all
incumbrances that the said Lemuel Wilson and his heirs
and assigns may forever hereafter have hold, occupy, possess
and enjoy the same without any suit molestation or trouble
