by any person whatsoever lawfully claiming any right therein.
And that I the said George M. Galpin my heirs executors and
administrators will forever warrant and defend to the said Lemuel
Wilson his heirs and assigns the right and title to the premises

  Know all men by these presents that I Hannah E. Galpin
the wife of George M. Galpin the grantor of the foregoing for
and in consideration of the premises in said deed recited and
in further consideration of Five Dollars to me in hand paid by
Lemuel Wilson at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
do hereby renounce, release, relinquish and forever quit claim unto
the said Lemuel Wilson his heirs and assigns all my right and
claim of in and to the premises by said deed conveyed as fully
and absolutely as I might or could do the same, Witness my

Alachua County   } Personally appeared the subscriber a Justice
of the Peace in and for said County Hannah E. Galpin to
me known to be the person who executed the above relinquishment
of Dower and she having been examined by me separate and
apart from her husband, declared that she had executed the
same freely and voluntarily without any compulsion fear
or restraint from her said husband.

This Indenture made this 25th day of March in the year one
thousand eight hundred and fifty three between Charles A.M.
Mitchel Special Master in Chancery residing in Ocala Marion
County State of Florida of the first part and David Gillett
of Alachua County State aforesaid of the second part, whereas,
at the November Term in the year eighteen hundred and forty
nine, of the Circuit Court of the Eastern Circuit of the State
aforesaid sitting in the County of St Johns it was among
other things ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the said Court
in a cause then depending in Chancery between Peter Benet
Administrator of Francis P. Sanchez decd for the use of - -
