said party of the second part to the said Charles A.M. Mitchel Special
Master as aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged --
hath granted, bargained, sold, released, conveyed, and confirmed
and by these presents doth grant, bargain sell, release and confirm
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns -
forever, all that tract or parcel of land known and described
on the map of the said Arredondo Grant in the Survey of David
Burr and Henry Washington in the year one thousand eight
hundred and forty four as Section thirty one Township ten
Range twenty two together with all and singular the right
members privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold all
and singular the said premises above mentioned and described
and hereby granted and conveyed or intended to be so with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns, to the only propper use benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever.
  In Witness Whereof the said Charles A.M. Mitchel Special
Master in Chancery as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand and
seal the day and year first above written
