of in or to the hereinbefore granted premises by, from, under, and
in trust for them or either of them, shall and will at any time or
times hereafter, upon the reasonable request and at the proper costs
and charges in the law, of the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns, make do and execute or cause to be made done and
executed all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable
acts, conveyances and assurances in the law, for the better and efectu
ally uniting and confirming the premises hereby granted or so intended
to be, in and to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, as by the said party of the second part, his heirs or his or their
counsel learned in the law, shall be reasonably advised or required,
and the said Asa Clark, his heirs, the above described and hereby
granted and released premises, and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns, against the said party of the first part and
their and against all and every person and persons whatsoever, lawfully
claiming, or to claim the same, shall and will warrant and by
these presents forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day
and year first above written.

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that I Jane
A. Clark wife of Asa Clark, for and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar to me in hand paid by Peter Sparkman do hereby
relinquish and renounce all my Dower and right of Dower in and
to lands named in the foregoing Deed, and I further acknowledge
and declare the same to be my own free act and deed, without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or fear from my
said husband.
