County of Alachua } Before me Wiley Hicks a Justice of the peace
in and for said County personally came Mariah Parrish
who being examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband declares the above renunciation of Dower to the within
mentioned Deed was made freely voluntarily on his part without
any compulsion apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

signed the within instrument mentioned Deed for the purpose

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I Benjamin T. Beckham of the County of Alachua State of 
Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen hundred
dollars to me in hand paid have granted bargained sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
Stephen Sparkman of the aforesaid County and State all that
certain Lot or parcel of land situated in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and described as follows to wit, the
lot No three quarter of section No twenty one in Township
No eight south of Range No twenty two east containing -
Eighty acres and the Lot No one of the North east quarter
of section No Twenty eight in Township No Eight south
of Range No Twenty two east containing Twenty six acres
and seventy seven hundredths of acre with all the appurtinances
and all right title interest claim and demands of in or to
the premises to have and to hold the same with the appurten
ances unto the said Stephen Sparkman and his heirs and
in fee simple forever and I the said Benjamin T. Beckham
for myself and my heirs do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Stephen Sparkman and his heirs and assigns
that I am now the owner of the said premises and am
seized of a good and indefeasible estate of inheritance there
-in and that I have full right and power to sell and convey
the same in fee simple absolute, that the said premises
are free and clear from all incumbrances, that the said
Stephen Sparkman his heirs and assigns may forever
hereafter have hold possess and enjoy the same without
