any suit molestation or interruption by any person whatever lawfully
claiming any right therein and that I the said Benjamin T. Beckham
and all persons hereafter at the request and expense of the said Stephen
Sparkman his heirs or assigns shall make all such further assurances
for the more effectual conveying of the said premises with the - -
appurtenances as may be reasonably required of him or them and
that I the said Benjamin T. Beckham my heirs will warrant and
defend the said premises with the appurtenances unto the said Stephen
Sparkman and his heirs and assigns forever.

This agreement made the 22nd day of November AD one thousand
eight hundred and fifty six between

This Indenture made the 9th day of November in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four between
George Knight of the State of Florida and County of Alachua
party of the first part and John M. Heyers of the State of Florida
and County of Alachua witnesseth that the said party of the first
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to him in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at and before the ensealing and
delivering of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, enfeoffed,
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell alien, remise, release enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part, all that certain lot tract or parcel
of land and premise situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
and said State of Florida and known as the North East quarter
of the North West quarter of Section Eleven and the south half
Lot number six and the lot number seven of section two in
Township Eight south of Range Nineteen East, in the District
of land subject to sale at Newnansville Florida containing - -
