one hundred and forty two acres and ninety seven hundredths
of an acre together with all and singular the tenements heredi-
taments, rights members privileges and appurtinances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof, and all the Estate, right, interest title property possession
claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first
part either at law or in equity of in and to the said lot tract
or parcel of land and premises and every part and parcel there
of with the appurtinances unto the said parties of the second part
their heirs executors administrators and assigns to their own proper
use and benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the
said party of the first part for himself his heirs executors and
administrators the said lot tract or parcel of land and - -
premises with appurtinances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the
said party of the first part his heirs executors administrators
and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same by from through or
under them or any or either of them shall and will by these
warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said

This Indenture made the sixth day of February eighteen hundred
and fifty six between George B. Ellis Sheriff of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida of the one part and Mary S. Pyles of the
County and State aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth, that
whereas Asa Clark Guardian lean out of Clerks Office of the
Alachua Circuit Court a writ of fie facis against the Estate
of Samuel W. Burnett for the sum of Ninety 66/100 dollars also
four dollars cost bearing date the tenth day of Dec eighteen hundred
and fifty five with interest therein from the tenth day of Dec 1855
returnable when satisfied which fifa was directed and delivered |
