Know all men by these presents that I Elias Earl and Mary Louisa
my wife the grantees within named for and in consideration of the sum
of Three Thousand dollars to me in hand paid by Hardy Stucky of said
County at and before the sealing and delivering hereof the receip whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, assigned and set
over and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and deliver unto the
said Hardy Stucky his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of
land containing 40 acres being the North East quarter of the North west
quarter of Section No one, in Township No Eight South of Range No
Nineteen East, also all that parcel of land containing 40 acres being
the South East Quarter of the North East quarter of section No one
in Township No Eight South of Range No Nineteen East, also, all that
parcel of land containing Forty three acres being the North half of Lot
No Eight of Section No one in Township Eight South of Range nineteen
East it being a Land warrantt in favor of Mitchel Kirkland loca
ted by Richard H. Parker. Also all that tract or parcel of land =
containing Thirty Eight acres being the South half of lot No two
of Section No One in Township Eight South of Range Nineteen
East. Also all that tract or parcel of land containing Forty five
acres being the North half of Lot No Eight of Section No Six in Township
Eight South of Range No twenty East. Also one Land warrant
No 10064 for one hundred & Sixty acres located upon the North half
of lot No One & two of Section one Township Eight South of Range
Nineteen East and lot no seven of Section Six in Township No
Eight South of Range twenty East. To have and to hold the said
tract or parcel of land hereby granted and assigned to Hardy Stucky
his heirs and assigns to their proper use and Behoof forever and
the said Elias Earn and his wife Mary Louisa and heirs do warrant
and defend and his wife the same unto the said H. Stucky we have
hereunto set our hand and official our Seal. This the 12th of
February AD 1856.  }

Alachua County   } Before me Wiley Hicks a Justice of the Peace
in and for said County personally came Mary L. Earl to me
well known and that acknowledged that she had executed the
within mentioned deed and that she signed the same freely voluntarily
and without any fear or compulsion of her said husband the
same be taken separately and apart from her said husband
