State of Florida } This Indenture made the 22nd day of February
County of Alachua } in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and fifty five between Christopher L. Friblie and Julia A. Friblie
his wife of the first part and William Edwards of the second part
Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred
dollars to them in hand paid at the time of the signing and delivery
of this indenture the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the parties
of the first part have bargained and sold and doth hereby bargain
and sell unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
the following two parcels of land lying and situated in the vilage
of Micanopy County of Alachua and known and described as follows
to wit, the enclosure bounded on the North by the street running south
of the Public Square in the vilage of aforesaid on the west by lands
now owned by William Edwards and on the south and east and
south by lands owned by said Friblie and containing six acres more
or less, also that certain Lot or parcel of land and the store house
on it formerly occupied by R.R. Duke and comprising all the lands
owned by the parties of the first part on the Public Square in the
vilage aforesaid to have and to hold the said parcels of land as
aforesaid together with all and singular the rights and improvements
buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
-taining to the said party of the second part his heirs executors and
assigns in fee simple forever to their only proper use and behoof and
this conveyance is expressly made subject by the said parties of the
first part and is accepted by the said party of the second part to
the following condition which is to follow the above granted premises
and c** parte and power thereof in perpetuity forever and all
future conveyances to be made, shall be made subject to the follow
-ing condition that is to say that no building shall be erected or
occupied thereon for the purpose of selling ardent spirits in any
quantity
And the said parties of the first part for themselves their
heirs executors and administrators do covenant and agree with
the party of the second part that they are leased in fee of the said
premises and that they are free from all incumbrances and that
they have good right to convey and dispose of the same to the said
party of second part and that they will and their heirs executors and
administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said party
of the second part his heirs executors and assigns for ever against
the lawful demands of all persons, In witness whereof we have hereunto
