          Hillsborough County ) Personally appeared before me Simon Turmen a
          Justice of the Peace in and for the said County E.N. Lockhart who
          being duly sworn says that he saw the within instrument signed sealed
          and delivered by the parties of the first part for the purposes there
          -in contained. Sworn to and subscribed this day 22nd day of Febuary
          AD 1855.

          Alachua County   ) Know all men by these presents that on
          this fifteenth day of May AD 1856 I Reubin S. Stoughten of the
          town of Micanopy for the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid
          at and before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
          hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained sold & delivered & by these presents
          do grant, bargain convey & confirm unto George S. Riggs of the town of Micanopy
          all that certain Lot of land being one acre commencing at a lightwood
          post marked G.S.R. &measuring 420 feet east from thence 105 south from
          thence 420 feet west &from thence 105 feet south &bounded on the south by
          stable lot of Reubin S. Stoughten, on the East by land of said Stoughten
          on the North by lot of Dr Cato, on the west by a street running north
          Said R.S. Stoughten conveys & G>S. Riggs receives said lot on the
          condition of selling no ardent spirits thereon in less quantity than one
          quart, and this shall hold good in perpetuity equally binding his heirs
          and assigns and on forfeiture of this condition said premises shall - -
          revert to the last vender
              To have and to hold the said premises and all thereunto appertaining
          for the benefit of him George S. Riggs his heirs and assigns, and he
          said Ruebin S. Stoughten his heirs & assigns shall warrant and
          defend said premises to said George S. Riggs his heirs and assigns forever
              In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal the day and

          wife of Reubin S. Stoughten of the town of Micanopy &State aforesaid do
          hereby relinquish my right of dower to the acre of land described by
          the foregoing deed.  Witness my hand this 15th day of May 1856
