Alachua County   } On this 3d day of November one thousand eight hundred
and fifty four before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for said
County, personally came and appeared Sarah Chesser well known
to me to be the wife of said Mathew Chesser who being duly examined
acknowledged and declared that she signed sealed and delivered the foregoing
indenture for the purpose and with the intent thereby to convey all her
interest and to relinquish and renounce all her Dower and right of Dower
in and to the said lot or parcel of land and premises in said indenture
mentioned and described as sold and conveyed and that the same was
done by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion cons
-traint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband the said Mathew
Chesser, in Witness whereof I herewith set my hand and affix my seal
this 3d day of November in the year (1854) eighteen hundred and fifty
four.

  Know all men by these Presents, That I John Sweat Jr of the County
of Columbia and State of Florida for and in consideration of the natural
love and affection I bear to my daughter Eleanor, wife of William C.
Parish of the County of Alachua and State aforesaid as well as for
and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid by
the above named William C. Parish and James Robertson at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the reciept whereof I
hereby acknowledge have given granted, bargained sold and delivered
and by these presents do give grant, bargain sell and deliver unto the
said William C. Parish and James Robertson and to their executors
administrators and assigns the following described property, To Wit,
All my right title and interest in and to the Cattle purchased by
me of the said William C. Parish, the bill of sale for which bears
even date herewith, and described in said Bill of Sale as marked
with a Crop and under Bit in one ear, and crop and under Slope
in the other, and branded with the letter A, Also one certain Bay
horse conveyed to me by the said Parish and described in the aforesaid
deed as about four or five years of age, It being understood that
the intents of this instrument is to convey all the Cattle in said
