To have and to hold the said above described property with the
future increase thereof unto the said William C. Parish and James
Robertson their executors administrators and assigns to their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever, In trust nevertheless to and
for the use of the said Eleanor, wife of the said William C. Parish
for and during the term of her natural life and after her death
in trust for such child or children or grand children of the said
Eleanor as my be living at her death.

Know all men by these presents, that I Clem E. Seckinger of Marion
County State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred
dollars to me in hand paid by Joseph J. Warren of Alachua County
State of aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery hereof the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained sold released
and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell release
convey, and confirm unto the said Joseph J. Warren his heirs and
assigns, all my estate, right, title, interest, property, claim or
demand whatsoever of in or to a certain tract or parcel of land
situated in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and described
as follows, Lots No three four & five of Section thirty three in Township
eight south, and the west half of fractional section four in township
nine South of Range nineteen East, in the District of lands subject
to sale at Newnansville containing one hundred and seventy acres
more or less, together with all and singular the rights members
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
