1856 before me John M. McIntosh Judge of Probate in and for said
County and State came the above named Clem E. Seckinger to me
well known and acknowledged the foregoing deed to be his act and deed
and desired that the same might be recorded as such according to law

Know all men by these presents, that I George A. Hires of the County
of Levy and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of twenty
five dollars to me in hand paid by John M. Hires of the County of Alachua
and State aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, and
convey unto the said John M. Hires the following described lot of land
lying and being situated in the County of Alachua and State aforesaid
and known as the North West quarter of the North East quarter of
of Section Eleven (11) Township Eight (8) South of Range nineteen
East (19) containing forty one 14/100 acres according to the established
survey with all the appurtenances and all the claim, right, title,
interest or demand of me the said George A. Hires in and to the
premises. To have and to hold the same with the appurtenances
unto the said John M. Hires, his heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple
And that I the said George A. Hires and all persons hereafter to claim
under me will at any time hereafter at the expense and request of
the said John M. Hires make all such further and other assurance
for the more effectual conveying of the same as may be required of
him, and that I the said George A. Hires will and my heirs executors
and administrators shall warrant and forever defend to the said
John M. Hires his heirs and assigns the right and title to the premises
hereby granted and conveyed against the claim of all persons  - - - 
whatsoever claiming or to claim by through or under me, and
against the claims of all persons, whatsoever, In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 28th day of June
A.D. 1856
