his heirs and assigns all the dower & right & title of dower & all other
the estate, right, title, interest claim and demand whatsoever both
at law in equity, of me, the said Susan C. Clark, which I now
have, or which I my heirs, executors or administrators can or
may at any time hereafter, have claim or demand of, in to or
out of all & singular, the following described land, lying and
being in Alachua County aforesaid, viz; Lots No twelve (12) & thirteen
(13) and the south half of lot No eleven (11) all of section No thirty
one (31) in Township No seven (7) south & Range No twenty (20) East
containing about two hundred acres of land, the same more or 
less, being the same land conveyed by my said husband to
John C. Richard Jr. & by the said John C. Richard Jr, conveyed
to the said Philip Dell or, of, in to or out of these appurtinance
heirs executors & administrators, or any of them, shall not nor
will at any time hereafter have claim or pretence to any
such dower or right, or title of dower, or other estate right
title, interest pretence, claim or demand as aforesaid of in
to or out of the said premises or any part thereof, with their
appurtenances, but of and from the same & every part thereof
shall and will be from hence forth utterly debarred and
excluded forever by these presents.
 In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal
this third day of October in the year of our Lord eighteen
hundred and fifty six.

the Peace in and for said County personally came Susan
C. Clark wife of William D. Clark & on a private
examination made separate and apart from her husband
acknowledged that she executed the foregoing relinquishment
of dower and that she did it freely & voluntarily and
without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband - In witness whereof she
has hereto set her hand and seal this third day of
October AD 1856.
