This Indenture made the thirteenth day of October in the year one thousand
eight hundred and fifty six between Archelaus Hague of town of Newnansville
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first part and Eliza
Caston of the same place, party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand
dollars hundred dollars to him in hand paid before the delivery hereof, hath
bargained and sold, and by these presents doth grant and convey to
the said party party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever
all those certain lots or parcels of land, situated lying and being in the
town of Newnansville County and State aforesaid, and which is known
and described as follows, to wit, Lots No one (1) two (2) and three (3) Block
No three (3) Range No one (1) together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments, and appurtenances and all the estate, title and interest
of the said party of the first part therein, and the said party of the
first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the said party of the
second that at the time of delivery hereof the said party of the first
part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted and seized -
thereof in fee simple absolute and that he will warrant and defend
the above granted premises with quiet and peaceable possession of
the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.

Know all men by these presents, That I Martha Hague wife of
Archelaus Hague, for and in consideration of the premises mentioned
in the foregoing Deed of conveyance do hereby relinquish and renounce
all my Dower and right of Dower to the same.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
the day and year first above written

Personally appeared before me S.W. Burnett a Justice of the Peace
in and for Alachua County State of Florida Martha Hague to me well
known to be the person who executed the above relinquishment of Dower
and acknowledged she had executed the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint aprehension or fear of or from her
said husband, and I certify that said acknowledgement was made sep-
-arate and apart from her husband.
