as the said party of the first part may leave lawfully begotten of the
said party of the second part. And should the said party of the second
part die leaving no lawful issue the slaves above mentioned and - -
described together with their future issue and increase are to become
part and parcel of the estate of the said party of the first part
but should she die leaving lawful issue before the said party of the
first part then the said party of the first part shall have the cont-
-role of the property aforesaid for the use and benefit of such child
or children as the said party of the second part may leave at her
decease to be divided between them, share and share alike.

Know all men by these presents, That we Mary C. Wilson and
Charles L. Wilson her husband in consideration of the sum of twelve
hundred and ninety five dollars to us in hand paid by Daniel B.
Coker of Alachua County Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have bargained, sold and quit claimed and by
these presents do bargain and quit claim unto the said Daniel
B. Coker and to his heirs and assigns forever all our and each of
our right title, interest, estate, claim and demand both at law
and in equity and as well in possession as in ex****** of
in and to all that certain piece or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua and known and described
as the SE1/4 of Section One (1) and SE1/4 of NW1/4 of S one (1) and
south half of Lot 4 S. 1. and SE1/4 of SW1/4 of S.1. and NE1/4
of NE1/4 of S 12 all of Range 18 E. township 8 and the S1/2 of
Lot No 4 of S.6 T.8 S. R.19.E. containing in all three hundred
and fifty seven 78/100 acres according to the established surveys
with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining.
