Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I John A. Osteen
Of the County and State aforesaid party of the first part and Stephen
Sparkman party of the Second part Of the same County and State
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consid-
-eration Of the sum of four hundred and eighty Dollars
lawfull money of the United States paid to me by the
Said party of the Second part the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained, Sold, Conveyed,
and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
Sell, and convey, and confirm, unto the Said party of
the Second part, his heirs, and assigns, a certain tract
Or parcel of Land Situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State afore said with all
And Singular the heriditaments and appertinances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and
known and discribed as follows, to wit, the
South west quarter of South East quarter and South
East Quarter of South west Quarter of Section No. 20
twenty in township No. 8 Eight of range No. 22, twenty
two east Containing Seventy nine Acres and Eighty five
hundredths of an Acre To have and to hold the above
granted premises to the Said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns to his and their use an behoof
forever, and I the Said John A. Osteen for myself my
heirs, executors and Administrators do covenant and
Agree with the Said party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns that I am lawfully Seized in fee
Simple Of the aforegranted premises that they are
free from all incumbrances that I have good right
to sell and convey the same as aforesaid to the said
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns,
And that I will, and my heirs executors and admin-
-istrators Shall and will warrant and by these presents for
ever defend the Same to the Said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns forever against the lawfull claims
And demands of all persons whatsoever,
