Know all men by these presents that I Rachael Osteen wife
of the Said John A. Osteen granter of the foregoing deed for
the consideration Of the premises in Said deed recited do
hereby renounce, relinquish, and forever quit claim unto
Stephen Sparkman all my dower and right of dower in
and to the Said deed mentioned and I do declare that the
Above renunciation And relinquishment was made freely
And voluntarily on my part without any Compulsion
Apprehension, or fear of or from my said husband
John A. Osteen

Rachael Osteen who being examined by me Seperately and
apart from her Said husband declares the above renun-
-citation of dower to the within mentioned deed was

Said husband John A. Osteen in testimony whereof
