State of Florida }  This Indenture made and Executed this the
Alachua County   } twentieth day of January in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and fifty six between Burrel Green
and wife C.E.S. Green of the State of Florida and
County of Putnam of the first part and Mathew Hinson
of the State of Florida and County of Alachua of the
second part. Witness that the said Burrel Green and
wife C.E.S. Green for and in consideration of the sum of one
thousand dollars to us in hand paid by the said Matthew
Hinson the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted
bargained, Sold, conveyed and delivered and by these presents do grant
bargain, Sell, convey and deliver unto the said Matthew Hinson
his heirs and assigns all the following described lot or parcel
of land being and lying in the County of Alachua and
known as the North west quarter of Section Twenty three (23)
in Township Ten (10) South of Range No Twenty two (22) E Containing
159 24/100 Acres to have and to hold the said before described
premises together with all the rights and appertainances there
-unto belonging to him the said Matthew Hinson, his heirs
and assigns forever in fee Simple and the Said Burrel Green
And his wife C.E.S. Green, for them Selves their heirs execu
tors and Administrators will forever Warrant and
defend the right and title thereunto against the
Claim of all persons whatsoever in testimony whereof
the Said Burral Green and Wife C.E.S. Green hereunto
Set their hands and Seals, the day and year above
written, Signed, Sealed, and delivered, in the presence of

                   W. Hinson who being duly Sworn
by me, according to law, Sais on Oath that he did
On the twelfth day, of January one thousand
Eight hundred and fifty six Subscribe the above
deed of Conveyance as a witness, and that
he Saw Smithey A. Peacock Subscribe as a
Witness to the Same deed, and further States that
he saw Burrel Green and his wife Caroline
E.S. Green, Subscribe and deliver the above deed,
of Conveyance, to Mathew Hinson, the present
Owner thereof -----

fourth day of December A.D. 1856.
