it may concern that Caroline E.S. Greene wife of
the within named Burrel Greene did this day appear
before me, and upon being privately and Seperately
Examined before me, did declare, the she did
freely and voluntarily, without any compulsion or
dread, or fear, of any person or persons, whomsoever
renounce release and forever relinquish unto the
within named Mathew Hinson, his heirs and assigns,
All her rights and claim of dower of in, and to,
All and Singular the premises within mentioned and
released, Given under my hand and seal this the
third day of December A.D. 1856
