The said interest of the said party of the first part in and to the said one
hundred and Sixty Acres of Land last herein before mentioned, being the one
third part, thereof, containing in all Eight hundred and Eighty Six and
one third Acres more or less. Together with all and singular the tene-
-ments hereditaments and Appurtenances, Whatsoever to the same be-
-longing or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the Estate right
title interest to said property, claim and demand in law and Equity
whatsoever of the said party of the first part of in, and to the said premises
and every part and parcel thereof To Have And To Hold the said lands
and all and singular other the premises above mentioned and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and
behoof of the said party of the first part for himself and his heirs the said
premises and every part and parcel thereof against himself and his
other
heirs, and against all and every^person or persons whomsoever to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns, Shall and will war-
-rant and defend by these presents.

N. Johnston the Grantor in the foregoing deed of Conveyance came

that this acknowledgement is made to the end that said deed of
conveyance may be admitted to record according to law.
