This Indenture entered into on this the (10th) tenth
day of November Eighteen hundred and fifty Six between Daniel Lynn
of the first part and John E. Thompson of the second part Witnesseth,
for and in consideration of the Sum of two thousand
Dollars the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party
of the first Part has this day bargained and Sold, to the party of
the Second part the following tract of land To Wit -- Section
nineteen (19) Township nine (9) Range twenty (20) Containing
Six hundred and forty Acres, more or less, lying and being in the
Aradondo Grant, To have and to hold with all the appertinances
thereunto belonging, to the party of the Second part, his heirs,
Executors, Administrators or assigns forever - and the party of
the first part, further Covenant, that he is lawfully Seized
of the Same, that he had good right to Sell it, and he does
by these presence warrant and defend the party of the Second
part in the peacable possession of the Same against the
Legal Claims of all persons Whomsoever - to all which he
does by these presence bind himself, his heirs, administrators
Or assigns forever. In Witness Where the party of the first
part had here unto put his hand and Seal the day and

Winney Lynn wife of Daniel Lynn the maker of the within
deed For and in consideration of one Dollars, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presence releas,
relinquish and transfer to John E. Thompson all my
right and interest of Dower in the within described
Section of land to all intents and purposes, as I could
in any manner do, In Witness whereof I have hereunto put
