Personally appeared before me Andrew Robb, and acting Justice
of the peace in for Alachua County State of Florida -
Winney Lynn, well known to me to be the wife of
Daniel Lynn the maker of the within deed and also
known to be the signer of the above relinquishment
of Dower who being questioned by me separate and
apart from her husband says she executed it
for the consideration therein stated, and without
compulsion or the fear of it from her husband -
In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand
and seal this the (10th) Tenth day of November Eighteen
hundred and fifty six -

This Indenture Made this the twenty Eighth day of January
A.D. 1857 between William J. Hamilton of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part
and John E. Thompson of the same place of the other
part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in
consideration of the sum of Forty five Dollars and
Eighty two cents to him in hand paid at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by the party of the
second part, hath granted aliened sold and conveyed
and by these presents doth grant (alien) sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part all
that tract or parcel of land known and described as
the NE1/4 of Section number thirteen (13) in Township
number ten (10) of Range number Seventeen (17)
E Containing one hundred and fifty nine acres
and seventy four hundredths, together with all and
singular the tenements and appurtinances thereunto
belonging of and from the party of the first part
in or to the same - to have and to hold, the
above granted premises unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever -
Provided always and these presents are upon this
condition that if the party of the first part shall
well and and truly pay his certain promissory note
bearing even date herewith for the sum of Forty
five dollars and Eighty two cents given to the party
of the second part, according to the tenor of said
note, then these presents shall become Void and
the estate hereby granted shall cease and utterly
determine In witness whereof the party of the first part
to these presents has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year
first above written - signed and delivered his
