State pf Florida } Know all men by these presents that I
Alachua County   } J.T. Thomas of the State and County aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of eight hundred forty three dollars
to me paid in hand have bargained & sold unto Wm C. Cunningham
of the State of South Carolina all that tract or parcel of Land
Situated within the arredonda Grant County and State aforesaid
& Known in the plan of survey of said Grant, made by Messrs
Burr & Washington as the East half and the East half of
the west half of the north East quarter of Section Two (2)
Township Ten (10) Range nineteen (19) Containing one
hundred and Twenty acres (120) more or less, and I
do hereby bargain, sell and release, deliver and convey
unto the said Wm C. Cunningham all my right title
and interest in the above described lands together
with all the right, members, heriaditaments, and appurtinances
incident thereto or in anywise appertaining, and I do
hereby bind myself, my heirs, Executors, and assigns
to warrant and forever defend unto the said
Wm C. Cunningham his heirs, executors and assigns
the above described lands against any persons
lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof
In testimony I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal, this the 11" day of Febry 1857

Know all men by these presents that I James Hague
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for
and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars
of lawful money to me in hand paid by Joseph J. Warran
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida at
and before the sealing and delivering herof the receipt
wherof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold,
and by these presents do bargain and sell to the said
Joseph J. Warren his heirs and assigns all my claim
and demand whatsoever of into or out of a certain tract
or parcel of Land situated in Lot number One of Section
thirty three and Lot number Six and the south half of
the Lot number seven of section twenty eight in
Township Eight South of Range nineteen, East and containing
One hundred and seventy six acres and twenty Eight
hundreths of an acre. Together with my right belonging
and revertion and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof and together with said land and all benefit and
advantages thereof to have and to hold the said tract of
land and premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned
