or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the
said Joseph J. Warren, his heirs and assignes to the only
proper use and behoof of the said Joseph J. Warren
his heirs and assigns forever and the said James
Hague hereby grant premises unto the said Joseph J.
Warran his heirs and assignes against the said
Joseph J. Warran James Hague and his heirs and
assignes all and every other person and persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by for or
under him, them or any of them shall and will

Know all men by these presents that I James Fennel of Alachua County
and State of Florida in consideration of Fifteen hundred dollars paid
to me by J.A. Turnipseed and George G. McCants of the County of
