aments or parcels of Land lying and being situate in the County & State
aforesaid and known and described as follows To Wit The south East
quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty Eight of Township
nine of Range twenty two containing Thirty nine and a half acres
more or less. Also the West half of the south west quarter the south East
quarter of the south west quarter and the west half of the south
East quarter of Section Twenty two in Township nine of Range
twenty two East, containing One hundred and ninety nine acres
Also, One hundred and seventy nine acres in Section Twenty Seven of 
Township nine of Range twenty two East Situate in the North
ern half of said section twenty seven and not including the North
East quarter of the North East quarter of said Section said
land being bounded by the Section lines except on the south and where it
joins with the North East quarter of the North East quarter of said
Section.  To have and to hold the said plantation or parcels of 
land above mentioned and described unto the said parties of the
second part their heirs Executors administrators and assigns
in fee forever together with all and singular the improvements
buildings, appurtenances, to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining And the said party of the first part for himself his
heirs Executors and administrators covenants and agrees with
the said parties of the second part their heirs executors adm-
inistrators and assigns that he is Seized in fee of the foregran
ted premises that they are free from all incumbrances that he has
good right to sell and convey the same to the said parties
of the second part and that he will and his heirs executors
and administrators shall warrant and defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons, In Witness whereof
the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and

istrate for said district do hereby certify unto all concerned that
Mrs D.D. McCary the wife of the within signed John McCrary did
this day appear before me and on being privately and separately
examined by me did declare that she did freely and voluntar-
ily, without any compulsion fear or dred of any person or
persons whomsoever renounce and release all her interest
and Estate and also all her right and claim of Dower of in
and to all and singular the premises within mentioned
unto the within named Turnipseed & McCants given under
my hand and seal this the 24th April 1855
