Court of Common Pleas and General Sessions and Ex officio Register
of Mesne Conveyance for the District of Kershaw in the State afore-
said hereby Certify that the foregoing page contains a true copy of a cer-
tain Reciept and Covenant from T.W. McCaa to C. Matheson Recorded
on the Registers Office aforesaid as appears by the Book in which the
same was registered remaining in my office. In testimony whe-
reof I have hereunto set my hand and of office this 13th day of

Judges of the said State in turn presiding Judge of the Court of
Common Pleas and General Sessions for Kershaw District with
said State do hereby Certify that W. Clyburn Esqr whose attestation
                                                  hand 
is above written as appeared by his name in his own^writing and
under his Seal of office thereunto affixed was at the date thereof Clerk of
the said Court and Ex officio Register Mesne Conveyance that all
due faith should be given to his official Attestations as such
Clerk and Ex officio Mesne Conveyance and that the said attesta-

This Indenture made and Entered into this the first day of Nov
ember in the Year of one thousand Eight and fifty six hundred
and fifty six between Mathew Scarborough of the County of
Columbia and State of Florida of the first part and Rachel Board
of the County of and State aforesaid; Witnesseth; That the said
