appertaining, To have and to hold the above described tract of land
with the appurtenances, unto the said Rachel Board party of the
second part to her heirs and assigns forever. And the said party of
the first part for himself his heirs Executors, Administrators unto

Alachua County } Whereas Amaziah N. Hall William
J. Turner and Josiah M. Croxton did make a Joint purchase of
Moses E. Levy in his lifetime To wit on the 7 day of May 1853 of
the following lands namely all that tract or parcel of land
containing Sixteen hundred and Sixty Six acres more or less
Known as lot No 4 Four of Moses E. Levys twenty thousand acre
Grant Situated within the Arredonda Grant lying and being
in the County and State aforesaid bounded by lands belonging
to Josiah M. Croxton M.S. Perry and others and whereas the
above named Hall Turner and Croxton did give their Joint
obligation to said Moses E. Levy for six thousand dollars
in consideration of the above described tract of land in three
installments as follows the first installment of two thousand
dollars to be paid the 1st day of January then next, the second
installment to be paid in twelve months and the third in
twenty four months all with interest and whereas all of the
above sums have been paid by the above named Hall Turner
and Croxton and whereas upon payment of the and last install
ent David L. Yulee as administrator of the Est of said Moses
E. Levy did Execute a Joint deed on the 8th day November A.D.
