N. Hall, William J. Turner, and Josiah M. Croxton therefore
with the suit to partition the above described lot of land between the
aforesaid Amaziah N. Hall William J. Turner and Josiah M.
Croxton as agreed upon by said parties at the time of purchasing
the above described Tract of land we William J. Turner Josiah
M. Croxton do by these presents bargain sell release alien release
and convey unto M.S. Perry Administrator of the Est of
Amaziah N. Hall all our right title and interest in and
to the North half of the South half of the above tract
also to the one third part of one other part of land
in the North west corner of lot No 12 of the said
twenty thousand acre Grant containing one
hundred and sixty acres To have and to hold
the said above described land and every part
and parcel there of with all and several their
appurtenances unto the said M.S. Perry, Admi
nistrator of the Est of Amaziah N. Hall; his
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. The
consideration being a relinquishment of said
Perry as administrator of said Hall of his right
title and interest in the parcels of land of
the said above tracts; namely in the north
half of the above described lands to William
Turner; also, The south half of the south half
To Josiah M. Croxton,
In testimony whereof the said parties have
here unto set their names and affixed their
seals; The the 13th day of February 1856

Alachua County } I, John S. Hennis, one of the
Justices of the peace, do hereby certify unto all whom
it may concern that the wife of the within
named Josiah M. Croxton did this day appear
before me; and being separately and privately
examined before me did declare that she did
freely and voluntarily without any dread fear or
compulsion of any person or persons whomsoever
retur renounce, release, and relinquish forever all
her right, title and Estate; also all her right and claim
in Dower of in and to all and singular the premises
within mentioned and released Given under my
hand and seal, this 25th day of February 1856,
