may concern that the wife of the within named William
J. Turner did this day appear before me and upon
being separately and privately examined before me
did declare that she did freely and voluntarily without
any dread fear or compulsion of any person of pers
renounce, release, and relinquish forever, all her
interest and Estate and; also all her right and cla
of Dower of to and in all and singular the premises
within mentioned and released. Given under my

Alachua County } Known all men by these presence
that I M.S. Perry Administrator of the Estate of A.N.
Hall deceased exposes to sale on the fifth day of Nov
1855 a tract of Land owned by said Estate containing
four hundred and sixteen acres more or less adj
lands owned by Samuel Lowman E.E. Adamson as
others; and known as the North half of the South half
of Lot No four, of Moses E. Levys 20000 acres Grant
State and County aforesaid Terms declared ten
per cent cash, ballance in one and two Equal ann
installments with interest from date at 8 per cent,
And E.E. Adamson of the State of South Carolina
Kershaw District being the highest bidder at seven
dollars and fifty cts per acre; I therefore as Ad-
ministrator of said Estate do hereby declare him
to be the purchaser; and for and in consideration
of Three thousand one hundred and twenty Dollars to me
in hand paid by said Adamson have granted barg
ained sold and released and do hereby grant bargain
sell release and convey the above described premises
together with and singular, rights and members Her
editaments and appurtenances, there unto belonging
or in any wise incident or appertaining to have and
to hold all and singular the premises unto the said
Adamson his heirs and assigns forever.
And I M.S. Perry of the State and County aforesaid
do hereby bind myself as Administrator of said
Estate to warrant and defend all and singular
the premises and appurtenances unto the said |
