against all person or persons Lawfully Claiming
the Saim or any part thereof In testimony
whereof I hereunto Set my hand and affix my
Seal, this the 5th day of Novr 1855

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presence
that I M.S. Perry of the State and County aforesaid
for and in consideration of the Sum of four thou
sand Dollars to me in hand paid the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged have this bargained and Sold
and by these presence do hereby bargain Sell release
and convey unto E.C. Adamson of the State of
South Carolina Kershaw District all that Tract
and parcel of Land Known as the South half
of Lot No. Four of Moses E. Levys Twenty thousand
acre Grant Situated within the Arredondo Grant,
State and County aforesaid and adjoining Land,
belonging Sam Lowman, Jas M. Croxton
E.E. Adamson, and others containing Eight
hundred and thirty acres, Three acres of Said
Lot having been previously Deeded by Sara Perry
for a public Cemetry: together with all the rights
members heiraditaments and appurtenances
incident thereto or in any wise appertaining,
and I bind myself my heirs Executors and
assigns to warrant and defend forever unto
the Said E.E. Adamson his heirs Executors or
assigns the above discribed Tract or parcel of
Land against any person or persons lawfully
Claiming the Same or any part there of In Testa-
mony whereof I hereunto Set my hand and affix
my Seal, this the 28 day of February 1857
