   To Have and to Hold all and singular
the aforegranted and described premises and con-
veyed plantation or parcels of land, together with
all and singular the improvements buildings and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, and the said negro slaves above
named and described and herein conveyed, to-
gether with the future issue and increase of the
female portion thereof unto the said party of
the second part his heirs executors, administrators
and assigns to his and their own proper use
and behoof forever:  Provided nevertheless
and these presents are on the conditions fol-
lowing: That is to say if the said party of the
first part shall well and truly pay to the said
party of the second part, his heirs or assigns the
amount of the three several notes (herein above described)
together with the interest monies thereon, when the
same shall become due and payable, provided
further the said party of the first part shall well
and truly pay any and every such note or notes
as may be given in renewal of the same, or in
renewal of any part thereof or in renewal of each
other: Provided further the said party of the
first part shall pay unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns, each and
every sum of money which he may receive from
the said party of the second part hereafter
when the same shall become due and pay-
able And provided further of the said par
ty of the first part shall also save the said
