          that I Andrew Robb Judge of Probate in and for
          said State and County, for and in consideration
          of the sum of one hundred Dollars lawful money
          of the United States of America Paid by J.R.W.
          Grissom, to James B. Bailey Treasurer of said
          County the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
          have bargained, sold released conveyed and con-
          firmed unto J.R.W. Grissom his heirs and assigns.
          the following lot of land lot No 1 Block 3 Range
          5 in the Town of Gainesville and I the said
          Andrew Robb, by virture of the power vested in
          me by law as Judge of Probate for myself as
          Judge and for any successors in office do and will
          by these presence forever warrant and defend the
          premises afforesaid to the said J.R.W. Grissom
          and to his heirs and assigns: in witness whereof I
          hereunto, Set my hand and affixed my private
          seal, There being no seal of office, This 2 day of March

          I Andrew Robb, Judge of Probate in and for said
          State and County: for and in consideration of the sum
          of three hundred and Seven dollars lawful money of
          the United States of America paid by J.L. Yongue to
          James B. Bailey Treasurer of said County the Re-
          ceipt thereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained
          sold release conveyed and confirmed unto J.L. Yongue
          his heirs and assigns the following lots of land sit-
          nated in the Town of Gainesville viz Lot 2 Block 4,
          Range 3 Lot 2 Block 5 Range 3 Lot 1 Block 3 Range
          6 -------  Block 4 Range 7 and I the said Andrew
          Robb by virtue of the power vested in me as Judge
          of Probate for myself and as such Judge and for my
          successors in office do and will by these presence for
          ever warrant and defend the premises afforesaid to
          the said J.L. Yongue and to his heirs and assigns.
