Know all men by these presents that I William
A. Parker of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida; am held and firmly bound unto
George L. Brown of the same place in the
sum of Four Hundred Dollars to be paid
to the said George L. Brown his Executors
administrators or assigns for which payment
well and truly to be maid I bind my self
my heirs Executors and administrators firm
ly by these presence. Sealed with my seal,
and dated this Twenty ninth day of January
AD 1857.
The condition of the above obligation is
such that if the above bounden William A.
Parker on or before the tenth day of A.D.
One thousand Eight hundred and fifty seven
at the reasonable request of the said George
L. Brown make execute and deliver unto the
said George L. Brown a good and sufficient
Warranty deed to the following discribed Lot
of Land lying and being in the Town of New-
nansville and known as the North half of the
south half of Lot number four of Block
number three, Range number two ac-
cording to the map of said Town Then
this obligation to be void else to remain in
full force and virtue
