the Sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars
to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing
and delivery hereof the reception whereof is here
by acknowledged the Said party of the first part
hath bargained Sould given granted, and conveyed
and by these presances, doth bargain Sell give grant
and convey unto the Said parties of the Second part
all that certain hereditaments, Lot or parcel of Land
ling and being Situated in the Vilage of Micanopy
County and State aforesaid And known and desc
ribed as follows That is to Say, Being at a pine
Stake on the South boundary of the land allotted to
the the party of the in the partition of Section
No 26 of Township No 11, South of Range, No 20
East of the Arredondo Grant, and on the east side
of what is known as the public Square thence east
four degrees forty five minutes North one hundred
and Eighty feet, ten Inches, Thence north four
degrees forty five minutes west Seventy five feet
and two inches, thence west four degrees forty five
minutes South One hundred and Eighty feet, ten
inches to the east Side of the aforesaid Square
thence South four degrees forty five minutes
east Seventy five feet and two inches to the place
of beginning To have and to hold the above gra
nted premises with all the estate title title and
intrest of the party of the first part, therein
or to the Same in any wise appertaining or
belonging unto the Said parties of the Second
part, their heirs and assigns in fee Simple for
ever, And the Said party of the first part doth
hereby Covnant and agree with the said parties
of the Second part that at the time of delivering of these pres-
ance that he the Said party of the first part is the
lawful owner of the premises aforegranted, that he will
and his heirs, Executors, and Administrators Shall
warrant and defend the Same in the quiet and
peacible possession of the said parties of the Second
part, their heirs and assigns forever.
And in accordance with a decree of Circuit Court
in partition this conveyance is expressly made by the
Said party of the first part, and accepted by the
Said parties of the Second part, with the following
conditions attaching thereto in perpetuity forever.
That is to Say that no Whiskey Shop or other place
for retailing ardent Spirits Shall ever be kept
there or on any part or parcel thereof and in
case of a Violation of this condition the premises
upon which the Same are held and the conveance
of any portion of the premises which Shall be so
used Shall be null and Shall be forfeited to the
last Vender, In witness whereof the party of the
